Walker Doble, a city centre based property consultancy who specialise in new homes sales and marketing, has recruited a New Homes Sales Manager as it seeks to grow its presence across the Midlands.
Cherelle Brandy has joined the business from Berkeley Group, having previously also worked for Spitfire Homes and Taylor Wimpey.
Walker Doble works closely with property developers from inception through to delivery of the end product, helping them deliver schemes and maximise their GDV. They advise on land purchases regarding development suitability, recommend what properties will enable the developer to best monetise the site and then market and sell the properties once built.
Walker Doble is part of the ARMCo group, a collective group of property and finance businesses, established to offer clients a holistic service under one roof. They work closely with the other businesses including Atlas Land & Planning, Finance 4 Business and Innovation 4 Business, to ensure developers are supported with, amongst other things, land sourcing, SDLT advice, and development finance.
“I am delighted to be joining Walker Doble at a time when there are so many opportunities within the business and wider group. The residential market has been hugely busy recently and I can only see that continuing in the coming months. I am really looking forward to hitting the ground running and to meeting our existing developer clients, and to also looking to make introductions with other developers and helping Marc and the team expand our business, as well as introductions across the group”.
Marc Walker added,
“We’ve had a busy Q1 and Q2 in 2021 and don’t see any signs of this slowing down. We have some great schemes on our books and others which will be launching soon, which Cherelle will be working on. One scheme we are set to launch shortly is a fantastic development at Home Farm in Alrewas which we are working on with our client Sidley Piper who are a luxury house builder.”
Russell Martin, Chairman of ARMCo Group added,
“I’m delighted to see Cherelle come on board. I know she will a fantastic addition to us at Walker Doble and the wider ARMCo group, particularly with Atlas Land and Planning, and I am really looking forward to working with her”.
